1. Ownership
The website design, branding, text, graphics, code, layouts, icons, directory structure, articles, and other content are owned by or licensed to Black Business Coalition unless otherwise indicated.

Businesses retain ownership of their submitted logos, photos, descriptions, and listing materials, but grant Black Business Coalition permission to host, display, format, reproduce, distribute, and promote that content in connection with the directory and related marketing.

You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, sell, modify, or commercially exploit website content, directory data, listings, reviews, or design elements without written permission or legal authorization.

If you believe content on the website infringes your copyright, contact info@blackbusinesscoalition.org with your contact information, copyrighted work identification, location of the allegedly infringing material, good-faith statement, accuracy statement, and signature.

We may remove content and terminate access for repeat infringers or users who misuse intellectual property.
