How copyright owners may submit DMCA notices and counter-notices.
1. DMCA Notice
A copyright owner or authorized agent may send a notice to info@blackbusinesscoalition.org identifying the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, the page URL, contact information, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury, and a physical or electronic signature.

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of removed material, a good-faith statement under penalty of perjury, consent to jurisdiction where required, and your signature.

We may remove or disable access to material alleged to infringe copyright and may notify the user who submitted the material.

We may terminate access or remove listings for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.
