Refund & Cancellation Policy
Payment, cancellation, listing, advertising, and directory-service refund terms.
1. General Policy
This policy applies to fees paid for directory listings, claimed listings, promoted listings, featured placements, advertising, subscriptions, setup services, and related directory services unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Directory listing fees, claim fees, setup fees, promotional fees, advertising fees, and custom service fees are generally non-refundable once a listing is created, submitted for review, published, promoted, or work has begun.
Back to top3. Advertising and Featured Placement
Paid advertising and featured placement fees do not guarantee clicks, calls, views, leads, sales, customers, rankings, or revenue. Fees are generally non-refundable after the campaign, placement, or promotional period begins.

If a service includes recurring billing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund prior charges.

You may cancel future recurring billing according to the process provided at signup, through your account if available, or by contacting us before the next billing date.

Users agree to contact us first regarding billing concerns before initiating a chargeback. Improper chargebacks may result in account suspension, listing removal, or service interruption.
