BlackBusinessCoalition.com helps visitors discover Black and minority owned businesses and helps businesses increase visibility through listings, categories, city pages, claim tools, promotional options, content, and related directory services.
The website is a directory and promotional platform. Unless expressly stated in writing, we are not a party to transactions between visitors, customers, listed businesses, advertisers, vendors, or third-party providers.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, signing in, submitting a listing, or claiming a business. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, submit false information, misuse the directory, interfere with the website, or create legal or security risk.

Businesses may submit or claim listings subject to review, approval, verification, payment, and directory rules. We may edit formatting, categorize listings, reject submissions, request verification, remove listings, or suspend access when necessary.
Claiming a listing does not guarantee ownership verification, search placement, customer traffic, leads, sales, or business results.

Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, photos, and other content where features are available. You are responsible for content you submit and represent that it is truthful, lawful, non-infringing, and not misleading.
