What does Basima mean?
“Basima” is a Hebrew name that means, “pleasant” or “fragrant”. It reminds me of my mom and my history of baking egg-less, because of a childhood allergy.

Why Vegan Baking?
I wanted to help other people with allergies and dietary restrictions to feel included, to have options, and to promote cruelty-free food.
