For over 25 years, we have evolved from cooking fried catfish and tasty sides for family members, to cooking for special events and festivals. Our delicious fried catfish has been featured at the Fort Worth Stockshow & Rodeo, Mayfest, Main Street Arts Festival, Texas Motor Speedway, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, and the World Catfish Festival in Belzoni, Mississippi. We’re also mobile! Our 52 Chevy Kitchen food truck is equipped and ready to handle anything from special events, parties to family reunions.
